MY STORY

I've been where many founders are right now.

Before KimEcopak, I was a restaurant owner trying to hold everything together — operations, branding, suppliers, customer experience, and daily decisions, often without a clear roadmap.

I learned the hard way that passion alone is not enough. To grow a business, you need structure, support, the right tools, and a system that does not depend on constant chaos.

That experience shaped the work I do today: helping founders build with more clarity, stronger systems, and a path to growth that feels sustainable, not overwhelming.
