The Lawyer"A successful life

Vietnam Graduated as a corporate lawyer. Rose at a global firm. From the outside — successful. On the inside — couldn't sleep.
Canada Relocated to Canada to start over. Her law degree wasn't recognized. Network gone overnight. Identity shaken.

May 2020 Opened YenKitchen — her first F&B business — with no roadmap, no systems. Worked 14–16 hours a day handling everything alone.

$200K COVID hit. Packaging prices surged. YenKitchen closed. Nearly $200K gone. Instead of quitting, she used the loss as a masterclass.
Nov 2021 Created initial KimEcopak mind maps, sought investors, negotiated first warehouse. Solved the exact packaging problem that had broken her restaurant.
